The Segway Navimow Robot Mower range is renowned for its ease of installation, reliability and performance. The easy to follow app makes all the models easy to self-install. We do however offer an installation service if required – for the less tech savvy or time limited customer. All models are guided using Segways EFLS location system, which combines GNSS satellite location with a Gyroscope, Odometer, Accelerometer and Magnetic Compass to give highly accurate location. Most models are either fitted with, their AI Visionfence camera system or it can be added as an accessory. Visionfence is able to identify and maneuver around most obstacles and aids navigation in areas of the garden where satellite reception is poor – perhaps due to tall buildings or tree cover. All satellite guided robots are able to cut in a logical, parallel cutting manner, unlike the random cutting pattern of most wire perimeter machines, enabling them to cut much larger areas in a shorter time. The H-series models are suitable for lawns from 500 square metres, up to 1500 square metres. The H800 and H1500 models are wi-fi and 4G enabled while the H500 is not capable of 4G connectivity. They are all now fitted with the Visionfence camera as standard. One notable advantage over the i-series machines is the motorized height-of-cut function, allowing remote adjustment of cutting height and different height settings for different zones. The New X-Series are capable of cutting areas up to 10,000 square metres and have improved EFLS function and multiple Visionfence cameras for better obstacle avoidance and enhanced navigation.
